1. what the site is

The Site is an informational website that introduces SURFINTEL AI and SurfIntel OS, our agentic operations platform, and lets you register interest in early access via a waitlist. The Site does not itself provide the SurfIntel OS product; access to SurfIntel OS, if offered to you, will be governed by a separate agreement.

2. the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not guarantee access to SurfIntel OS, a place in any beta, or any particular timeline. We may invite waitlist members at our discretion, in any order, and we may modify, pause, or discontinue the waitlist at any time. You agree to provide accurate contact information and only to sign up on your own behalf or with authorization from the person or company you sign up for.

3. acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization;
• attempt to probe, scan, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Site by automated means;
• use the waitlist or contact forms to send spam or abusive content.

4. intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including the SURFINTEL AI and SurfIntel OS names, logos, brand marks, text, graphics, and code — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for your own informational use; no other license or right is granted to you.

5. third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, our other sites or social profiles). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

6. disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Descriptions of SurfIntel OS on the Site are forward-looking and may change: features, availability, and pricing are not final until offered to you in a product agreement.

7. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Our collection and use of personal information through the Site is described in our privacy policy.

9. changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
