This Privacy Policy explains how SURFINTEL AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit surfintelai.com (the "Site") or join the SurfIntel OS waitlist.
1. information we collect
Information you give us. When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect what you submit: typically your name, email address, and company, plus anything you include in a message.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. This collects device and usage data such as approximate location, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, via cookies and similar technologies. The Site also stores a random visitor identifier in your browser (local storage) so a waitlist signup can be linked to your enquiry if you contact us again.

- to understand Site usage and improve our content and product;
- to protect the Site against abuse (for example, rate-limiting submissions);

3. where your information goes
Waitlist submissions are transmitted to and stored in SurfIntel OS, our internal operations platform, where our team (including our AI agents operating under our instruction) reviews and responds to them. We also use service providers to run the Site and our business — such as website hosting and Google Analytics — which process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure Site traffic. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The Site works without cookies enabled.
5. retention
We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as needed to run the early-access program and our relationship with you, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
6. your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights — including removal from the waitlist at any time — email hello@surfintelai.com and we will act on your request within a reasonable period and as required by law.
7. security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on SurfIntel OS, and rate-limited public endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
